Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is very customer focused, you will need to deliver excellent customer service in order to maintain and expand our customer base.

- Route enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Ensure we have the required information in order to provide a quotation.

We are looking for candidates who have the following essential skills and attributes:
- An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.
- Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.
- Computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)

- Accurate with good attention to detail.
