As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for an HR Lead to support our ambitious HRIS Programme on a fixed-term contract basis.
The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors, working closely with our implementation partner. This role is vital within the Tarmac project team.
As the HR Lead, you will be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, and Onboarding. You should have a passion for creating people solutions and a strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organizational guidelines.
This is a fixed-term contract expected to last one year.
Main responsibilities
In this role, you\'ll:
- Implement Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding solutions accurately and on time
- Manage the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding workstreams
- Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner for a seamless transition to SuccessFactors
- Define, document, and optimize HR processes to align with HR policies and compliance requirements
- Work with HR and business teams to gather requirements and ensure proper configuration
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
- Handle data migration and cutover activities
- Support integrations and interfaces
- Address issues during implementation to ensure high-quality delivery
- Develop and improve business processes as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to support growth targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ensure smooth handover of HR modules to the Operations team
To succeed in this role, you\'ll need:

- Knowledge of UK HR laws and regulations
- Understanding of system integrations within complex IT environments
- Proven success in both functional and technical aspects of SuccessFactors solutions
