What You’ll Get to Do
- Safely Transport Equipment: Move motors, pumps, welding tools, and other heavy equipment throughout the plant to support maintenance and repair operations.
- Timely Equipment Repairs: Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is repaired promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Perform all tasks in strict compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safety-first mindset.
- Maintain Reliable Attendance: Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to support consistent maintenance coverage and team reliability.
- Support Preventive Maintenance: Participate in complex preventive maintenance (PM) programs to keep machinery and systems running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical and electrical experience, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Advanced Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with sensors, starters, relays, and electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC.
