Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum

Role Summary
The Marketing Manager (Commercial) will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with theMarketing & Commercial, Events, Operations, Production, Development and Education & Communityteams to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing and content campaigns for all commercial incomegenerating activity across the organisation. These include, but are not limited to, food & beverage,commercial events and hires, public events in the Studio, fee-paying workshops and training schemes andaudience development initiatives such as tours, pop-up events and OV Local.
Marketing
• To lead the delivery of creative, targeted and energetic marketing and content campaigns for allcommercial income generating activity (excluding productions) in order to increase footfall andsupport each relevant team to achieve financial targets
• To support the CMO in the delivery of the audience development strategy across all public andincome generating spaces
• To act as a key brand guardian for the creation of all brand collateral, working alongside the SeniorDigital Designer and CMO to ensure all external communications are on brand and in line with toneof voice guidance
• To support the Head of Commercial Event Sales and Operations team in the creation of promotionalcollateral and tactical campaign delivery to promote those spaces
• To lead the delivery of marketing and content campaigns to promote public events in the Studio
• To lead the delivery of marketing and content campaigns to promote fee-paying workshops orcorporate training sessions created by the Education & Community and Development teams
• To collaborate with the Marketing & Commercial team to ensure that all activity is complementary toall other output for our work on and off stage.
Digital
• To lead the day-to-day management of the relevant sections on The Old Vic’s website, updatingand maintaining dynamic content including writing and editing copy and sourcing images to supportincome generation
• To work with our Associate Filmmaker to manage content capture of all commercial spaces on anongoing basis to use for marketing and communications purposes including photography and video
• To work alongside the Communications & Content team to develop a content strategy for incomegenerating activity that compliments the existing strategy.
General Duties
• To raise purchase orders, administer and file invoices.

• Proven experience at a mid-level in a marketing team responsible for income generation
