Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. Consisting of a quintessentially country English Inn and a modern riverside hotel, we pay our team service charge each month – this goes into a pot and 100% is shared among the team, potentially adding ~£150 a month (about £2,000 per year) on top of base pay. We offer free parking on site and discounted staff taxis for those who don’t drive. We provide a relaxed, fun yet professional environment.
