Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The property combines a traditional English Inn and a modern riverside hotel.

Service Charge: The hotel pays a monthly service charge, typically around £150/month (~£2000/year), which is pooled and shared equally among all team members. 100% of the service charge is distributed to the staff. Our work environment is relaxed, fun, and professional. Free parking is available on site, and discounted staff taxis are offered for those who do not drive.

Role Summary: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will keep all front‑of‑house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome guests. Candidates with no experience are welcome; this role focuses on personality and attitude, and we provide the necessary training.
