We are looking for a Turndown Attendant to join our team at the luxurious five-star plus Old Parsonage Hotel, which is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar, and Quod Restaurant & Bar. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme, we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline. Turndown Attendant responsibilities:

  • Making up beds, cleaning bedroom and bathroom according to hotel standards and setting up the room for the night
  • Keeping linen areas stocked
  • Cleaning the hotel’s public areas

Turndown Attendant requirements:

  • Experience working in similar hotels is beneficial, although full training will be provided
  • Have high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude, with a keen willingness to learn
  • Maintaining polite and professional manners at all times

We are looking for a flexible part-time turndown attendant to work shifts between 7PM to 9PM with an OTE up to £13.50 per hour, including non-contractual tronc (service charge).
