We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the luxurious five-star plus Old Parsonage Hotel, which is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar, and Quod Restaurant & Bar. We have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline. Our Housekeeping team is key in providing the highest level of cleanliness for our hotel and restaurant guests. You will be keen and hardworking with an interest in hospitality.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Making up beds, cleaning and setting up sitting room, bedroom and bathroom according to hotel standards
  • Turn down and restaurant cleaning
  • Keeping linen areas stocked

Housekeeping Attendant requirements:

  • Thrive on giving guests a memorable experience

  • Have high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude, with a keen willingness to learn
  • Maintaining polite and professional manners at all times
  • Experience working in similar hotels is beneficial, although full training will be provided

Working 32.5 hours per week over 5 days, 8:30am-3pm plus regular turn-down and restaurant cleaning shifts (Monday-Sunday rota with 2 days off) with an OTE up to £13.50 per hour, £22,815.00 per annum, including non-contractual service charge (tronc). Part-time hours may also be considered.
