It features different multi-functioning spaces for guests to enjoy, including a dedicated bar, a pantry/café for coffee and cakes, relaxed dining, and an extensive outdoor waterside terrace. The contemporary interior style is inspired by its surroundings, with plants, stylistic artwork, colourful soft furnishings, and exposed brick walls.
Located in the heart of Holborn’s legal and media district, the Old Nick has been servicing the needs of lawyers, barristers, advertising executives, and media production companies for many years. We’re looking to strengthen our leadership team with an enthusiastic Shift Leader.

- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm, and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety, and security procedures
- Well‑presented, detail‑focused, and professional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Able to work days, evenings, and weekends and reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day-making moments
