A feature of the Workhouse Dock development Brentford, comprising different multi-functioning spaces for guests to enjoy including a dedicated bar, a pantry/café for coffee and cakes through to relaxed dining and drinks, a vibrant dining space, and an extensive outdoor waterside terrace. Taking inspiration from its surroundings; plants, stylistic artwork, colourful soft furnishings, and exposed brick walls feature to create a contemporary interior style. With a warm feel and lots of colourful character, guests can relax in the perfect setting with great food and delicious Badger beers, whatever the occasion.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of traditional London pubs, located in the very heart of Holborn's legal and media district, the Old Nick has been servicing the needs of lawyers, barristers, advertising executives and media production companies for many years. Originally called the Three Cups, there has been a pub on the site since 1766.
We're now looking to strengthen our leadership team with an enthusiastic Shift Leader.

What you'll need to be:
- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
- Well‐presented, detail‐focused and professional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day making moments
- Looking for an employer that recognizes and rewards talent
- Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food‐led environment
