This role provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts. The position has been identified as a FAIS position and falls within the ambit contemplated by FAIS related to Category B. The successful candidates must therefore comply with all FAIS requirements, including the Fit and Proper requirements of Honesty and Integrity (e.g. be clear of any offence relating to fraud, dishonesty and/or any professional misconduct) as well as competence and relevant qualifications. Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework. Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets. Works in specific allocated markets. Works with a specific range of products. Prospecting is limited. Receives a base salary & bonuses - no commission.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Driver's licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification)
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentations skills an added advantage
