The role holder will provide varied and flexible day services to citizens that meet individual needs and aspirations, supporting citizens to improve their quality of life and promote independence, well being and choice. The role holder will provide practical and emotional support to citizens that will promote independence and will assist and support other involved parties, to ensure positive outcomes for all citizens accessing services. The role holder will actively contribute to the development of the centre which makes a contribution to the local community, working in partnership with stakeholders to achieve citizens outcomes and high standards of care.
