Responsibilities
The Visitor Engagement Team connects visitors with our spaces and collections. Duties include welcoming visitors, providing information for the best possible experience, assisting with safety procedures, delivering tours and engagement activities, collecting visitor data through surveys, and collaborating with other gallery teams and partners.
