We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher to join our fantastic team at Pear Tree High School. This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms, offering MPS-UPS salary plus SEN allowance, to start September 2026. Pear Tree High School is a purpose‑built SEND school at the heart of Cheadle Hulme, dedicated to providing an outstanding education for students with significant learning needs. Essential Attributes
- Qualified teacher status (QTS); experience teaching students with SEND desired

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the progress, wellbeing, and engagement of all students
- Deliver personalised, high‑quality lessons that meet the learning needs of all pupils
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policy

- Support and contribute to the professional development of colleagues
