The Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly organised, flexible and adaptable School Business Manager Level 2, Grade 9 to join Ashbury Meadow's Senior Leadership Team. The post will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of staff, resources and premises, to facilitate the child and family centred work of our school. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, passionate, motivated and committed to the positive ethos of the school.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls.
  • Considerable experience working at a senior level, including the management of staff, premises, HR policies and payroll procedures.
  • Diploma of Schools Business Management qualification (DSBM) preferred or willingness to work towards with support of the School.
