Responsibilities

The Visitor Engagement Team connects visitors with our spaces and collections. Duties include:

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Providing information for the best possible experience
  • Assisting with safety procedures
  • Delivering tours and engagement activities
  • Collecting visitor data through surveys
  • Collaborating with other gallery teams and partners
