- Support the programme by analysing data and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification in testing (e.g., BCS or similar).
- Understanding of development processes, lifecycles, tools and techniques and their application to testing.
- Knowledge of service delivery and support concepts.
- Experience in manual or automated testing on web and client‑server applications.
- Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM QC, HP ALM, Selenium.
- Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
- Experience analyzing functional specifications and creating test scripts.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering effective relationships.
