About The Role
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week. Contract Type: 12 Months, Temporary. Working Style: Hybrid – Employees split their time between working remotely and working on-site.
Additional Payments: Casual Car User Allowance. Closing Date: 19 June 2026. Interview Method: Face to Face.
Applicants must have existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements:
- At least 2 references with 3 years of history.
- DBS clearance (Enhanced) required under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Casual car user – must have a full valid driving licence, provide own car and documentation; allowance per mile.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves supporting adults to promote their independence and advocate their decisions and choices, and pushing forward a high standard of support through advising and negotiating agreements with clients.
Qualifications

- Planning & organising – time management, schedule creation, prioritisation.
- Problem solving & decision making – formulate options, select appropriate solutions.
- Commercial skills – manage KPI and contractual obligations.

Desirable: Previous experience in a health and social care setting.
