We are seeking a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of teaching neurodivergent learners, specifically those on the autism spectrum or with complex language delays. The successful candidate will practice a relational approach, understanding that behaviour is communication and prioritising emotional regulation over rigid compliance. You must be an innovative primary educator capable of breaking the standard curriculum down into small, highly accessible milestones to ensure every child makes progress. As this is a brand-new resource provision, you will need the initiative and drive to help shape the environment from the ground up.

To help you successfully manage and shape this brand-new provision, we provide fully protected, non-class-based time for planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) and development. You will have access to high-quality, continuous professional training, including advanced trauma-informed and specialist SEND practices. You will work alongside a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants, with direct on-site agency support. We actively champion staff work-life balance, offer clear pathways for career progression, and provide the rewarding opportunity to build an essential resource from the ground up.
