CHS South, part of Prospere Learning Trust, seeks an Assistant Pastoral Leader for a permanent, full-time role starting 1 January 2027.

You will support a year group with attendance, welfare and learning, and collaborate with families and external agencies to safeguard and promote wellbeing.

You will maintain records, contribute to reports, and provide mentoring while on-site for supervision, break duties and strategic behaviour interventions.
