Old Moat is seeking a Lifelong Links Facilitator in Manchester to support children and young people in care.

You will reconnect them with important people, build trusted relationships and coordinate family group conferences to keep children connected with their networks.

The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent), direct experience with children/families, a valid driving licence, and DBS clearance.
