Old Moat is recruiting an Inclusion and Intervention Specialist to join our pastoral team in Manchester.

You will lead the Direction Room, a targeted support provision helping students reflect on choices and re-engage with learning.

You will work with senior leaders, families and external agencies to deliver mentoring, restorative support and personalised interventions that build self-regulation and positive behaviours for learning.

This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week).
