About The Role

  • Working Hours: 2 x 35 Hours Per Week (The applicant must be flexible to the services demands)
  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

  • Driving Licence: The successful candidate should hold a full clean driving licence as you will be required to drive a vehicle adhering to council regulations.
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance: This post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013). Appointable candidates will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Responsibilities

  • To lead the development and maintenance of service delivery standards.
  • Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place and maintained to effectively support service delivery needs.
  • Ensure that appropriate systems are maintained and used effectively to record, retain and enable the sharing and monitoring of data and information in order to identify trends and inform decision making.
  • To develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders including internal and external suppliers of services ensuring compliance with specifications and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Safeguard the working environment and resources against theft, vandalism or damage by means of managing appropriate security systems and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations and represent best industry practice.
  • Support the effective management of FM contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Roles at this level will be required to undertake management of resources, including human and financial.
