We’re seeking a creative, resilient and driven Community & Marketing Officer to join our team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA). This role is a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference by reshaping how the school connects with its community, communicates its vision and supports ongoing improvement. It is ideal for someone who is motivated by purpose, challenge and impact. This is a full time, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term‑time only plus 2 weeks.

About the Candidate
We’re looking for a creative, resilient and proactive professional who can combine strong technical skills with a genuine commitment to making a difference in a challenging context.
Essential technical expertise:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential – including mail merges)
- Premiere Pro (video editing)
- Canva
- Excel
You’ll also bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a range of audiences
- Experience delivering creative, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, print and social platforms
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Confidence building positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach
