Salary: £25,583 - £25,989 per annum

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Receptionist / Administrator to provide an effective and efficient reception and administrative support within school, working to agreed quality and performance standards to deliver an efficient administrative and front of school reception service for Parents/carers, students and visitors.

You will provide clerical support to organise, manage and maintain the use of information systems including Arbor and SIMS FMS, including general typing and maintenance of databases, creation of report templates as required and assistance with the production and collation of pupil records and reports.

About the Candidate

You will have experience of working in a school environment or other educational setting and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be organised, proactive and self‑motivated, have the ability to use IT systems and be able to create good relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
