We are seeking an outstanding and ambitious Director of Mathematics to lead a successful and well‑established faculty at Parrs Wood High School. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving high standards of teaching, learning and achievement across Key Stages 3 to 5, including a thriving A Level provision. The post holder will provide strategic leadership for curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance, while line‑managing and developing a diverse team of teachers and support staff. As a key leader within the school, you will also contribute to whole‑school improvement, using data intelligently to maximise progress and close attainment gaps for all learners.

You will:
- Be a highly effective classroom practitioner with a passion for Mathematics and a proven track record of raising achievement.
- Have strong leadership skills and inspire colleagues through collaboration, high expectations and a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
- Have experience of curriculum development and assessment, excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to motivate both students and staff.
