About The Role
- Working Hours: 35 Hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Additional Payments: Potential to pay up to a 10% Market Rate Supplement. Considered following appointment if requested and subject to confirmation and evidence that current salary is comparable to or above the top of Grade G11.

About the Candidate
This is an exciting leadership position for a qualified structural engineering professional to lead a client‑facing team. The role involves managing structural maintenance, designs, inspection of assets, and annual maintenance programmes across the full spectrum of the construction industry, gained within either a Local Authority, Consultancy or Private sector. You will manage your own workload without day-to-day supervision, and lead the team and supply chain partners across all types of projects, from small to complex schemes.
Qualifications: Ideally you will be a qualified structural engineer with membership of MICE and MIStructE. A Chartered Engineer designation is desirable, but if you are still working towards this and have suitable experience, we would still love to hear from you.
