The Governing Board seeks to appoint a dedicated and hardworking Teaching Assistant for our EYFS, starting on Thursday 4th September 2025.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, passionate and motivated about children's learning, and committed to the school's positive ethos. Essential qualities include:
- Evidence of good/outstanding practice in a school-based Nursery and/or Reception class.
- Knowledge and experience working with the EYFS Framework.
- Experience in delivering phonics.
- A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents, and colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to nurturing success in every child.
- The initiative to improve the quality of provision further.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and ICT skills to support your role and effectiveness.
