Kinbrook Group is seeking a Proposal and Enablement Manager to lead two core areas: proposals/pitches and the Group-wide commercial enablement programme. You will manage a hands-on team, coordinate deadlines and ensure high-quality submissions.
Working closely with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll develop client-focused content, track outcomes and help convert opportunities into revenue across the Group. This role is based in Yeovil with a demand for cross-office collaboration.
