Kinbrook Group is seeking a Proposal and Enablement Manager to join the MBDC team. You will manage proposals and pitches from opportunity to submission while supporting the Group-wide commercial enablement programme.
You’ll work with client-facing teams, MBDC colleagues and the Group Chief Growth Officer to ensure timely, high-quality proposals and practical enablement tools across the business. A hands-on leader, you’ll roll up your sleeves and guide a small team to success.
