Kinbrook Group is expanding its MBDC team and seeks a Proposal and Enablement Manager to drive proposals, pitches and the Group-wide enablement programme. You’ll work with client-facing teams, MBDC colleagues and the Group Chief Growth Officer to ensure timely, high-quality submissions and practical enablement tools.
You’ll lead a hands-on team while rolling up your sleeves on work, developing content, templates and knowledge libraries to boost win rates and revenue across the group.
