Kinbrook Group seeks an experienced Proposal and Enablement Manager to lead the proposals and pitches function within the MBDC team. The role also supports delivery of the Group-wide commercial enablement programme, coordinating training, resources and enablement initiatives.
You will work closely with client-facing teams, MBDC colleagues and the Group Chief Growth Officer to ensure timely, high-quality submissions and to build capability across the Group.
