Marston’s in Glasgow is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and lead by example during service. You’ll work as second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when required to keep high standards of food and service on the pass.
You’ll oversee the line, support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, and help develop other team members. This role offers a supportive pathway within a well-known pub group and a lively team environment.
