About The Role
An exciting opportunity to join our award‑winning Food & Beverage team in Hams Hame Pub & Grill, located beneath the iconic Hamilton Grand and next to the 18th green.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver accurate orders while ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Attend to guest queries and enquiries with care and help, committing to solving issues positively.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, including restaurant set‑up and presentation at all times.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests, striving to exceed expectations and leave a memorable stay.
