The successful candidate will support our Food and Beverage Management Team. This role is responsible for co-ordinating activities during service and providing assistance to the team. This role will help deliver our established service standards to create magical memories for our guests.
- Resolving any guest complaints satisfactorily, ensuring all expectations are met and retaining customer loyalty.
- Maintaining high standards of performance via appraisals and personal development plans, in line with our business values and objectives.
- Driving the success of our Food and Beverage Team through identifying continuous improvement areas.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate associates effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and culinary practices related to beverage service.
