Our celebrated Road Hole Restaurant and Road Hole Bar will reopen this spring, featuring a sophisticated new design scheme created to highlight outstanding quality, comfort and local craftsmanship, while ensuring the iconic views over the world’s most famous golf course remain the focal point. The renovation embodies the hotel’s commitment to thoughtful evolution while honouring its reputation for impeccable service and elevated cuisine.
About The Role
Our award-winning Food and Beverage team are at the hub of our business, we have multiple exciting opportunities across our various outlets following our major refurbishment of the 4th Floor, where these outlets are situated. We are looking for a wide array of casual associates to join us over our higher summer season and can offer up to full time hours. We are dedicated to offering our guests a five-star experience throughout our Food and Beverage offerings on the 4th Floor including in our 3AA Rosette fine dining Road Hole Restaurant, our famous Road Hole Bar and our modern seafood bar and grill Swilcan Loft plus a dedicated breakfast service. If you are interested in working in any of our restaurants or breakfast service, we want to hear from you!
