About The Role
Our award-winning Kitchen Team have a new opportunity for a Back of House Supervisor to join us, as we embark on an exciting year in 2025. With seven bars and restaurant outlets across our resort, this role is to supervise our kitchen porters ensuring all back of house areas maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assigning cleaning duties as allocated within cleaning scheduled and ensuring kitchens have adequate coverage for cleaning of equipment, crockery, cutlery etc.
- General cleaning duties including emptying of bins, taking out rubbish, sweeping floors, clearing out fridges and freezers.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is well-looked after and cleaned out after use.
- Inform Kitchen Clerk or Maintenance Team of any maintenance issues.
- Liaise with Executive Chef and Kitchen Teams to ensure adequate kitchen equipment is available each day.
- Ensure cleaning rotas are adhered to and signed off each day.
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualities and experience:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years within a kitchen / cleaning based role.
- You will have previous experience in training and developing members of your team to uphold standards and strive for constant improvement.
- An understanding of food hygiene standards.
- Previous experience working with chemicals (desirable).
Hours: Permanent, Full Time 40 hours over 5 days.
Remuneration: £28,133.37 per annum + TRONC.
