The independently owned Old Bank Hotel, centrally located on Oxford’s famous High, is a 5-star hotel with 43 luxury bedrooms, including our luxury rooftop bedroom and terrace with unrivalled views of Oxford’s famous skyline. The Old Bank is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar, and Quod Restaurant & Bar.

Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme, we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome our guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, by telephone or in person.
  • Be equipped with the knowledge to provide information to our guests, about all hotel facilities and services, our sister hotel and restaurants, and relevant local information.
  • Provide an expert check-in / out experience to hotel guests, ensuring the correct rates are charged, all services are correctly billed, and the guests’ payments are properly processed.

We offer a flexible shift pattern with an excellent rate of pay for a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7 per week. You will be offered an OTE of up to £13.00 per hour and £27,040 per annum, including non-contractual service charge (tronc) and working 40 hours per week (Monday-Sunday rota). Part-time hours may also be considered.
