At Olanberg, we replace traditional, slow methods like fax and email with high-efficiency technology to achieve streamlined results.
The Opportunity
We are offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated lawyer to act as our sole legal representative on real estate transactions. This role includes:
- 12 months of exclusivity as our sole legal relationship.
- Managing an average of 20 transactions annually.
- Overseeing an average loan size of £5M, with total borrowing projected at £120M+.
- Expected fee earnings exceeding £120,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid Refinancing: Execute the refinance of bridging loans within 14 days of completion to mitigate high daily interest costs.
- Transaction Management: Manage the end-to-end process for acquiring various property types, including blocks of flats (ranging from 4 to 32 units) and commercial spaces such as dental practices, care homes, and hotels.
- Tech-Driven Workflow: Utilise our bespoke "oven-ready" deal room (powered by Thomson Reuters HighQ) to manage legal packs, enquiries, and banking documents efficiently.
- Legal Documentation: Handle comprehensive legal packs including title docs, CPSEs, tenancy documentation, indemnity insurance, and redemption statements.
