¿Cuál será tu misión?

Administrar integralmente los contratos de Facilities Management asignados, garantizando el cumplimiento operativo, contractual y presupuestal; asegurando los niveles de servicio (KPI/SLA), la continuidad operativa y la satisfacción del cliente mediante una gestión eficiente de recursos, proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Principales funciones del puesto:

  • Administrar integralmente contratos de Facilities Management, asegurando el cumplimiento operativo, contractual y presupuestal.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de KPI y SLA, garantizando la continuidad operativa y calidad del servicio.
  • Liderar equipos técnicos, administrativos y proveedores asignados al servicio.
  • Gestionar mantenimiento integral de infraestructura, servicios generales e incidencias operativas.
  • Controlar presupuestos, valorizaciones, facturación y optimización de costos del contrato.
  • Mantener relación directa con el cliente, atendiendo requerimientos, observaciones y propuestas de mejora.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, SSOMA y normativa vigente.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión e indicadores operativos para la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional universitario concluido en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil, Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Facilities Management, mantenimiento integral, servicios generales, infraestructura o administración de contratos corporativos.
  • Experiencia gestionando clientes corporativos de gran envergadura (retail, banca, telecomunicaciones, industria o similares).
  • Conocimiento sólido en KPI, SLA, gestión contractual, valorizaciones, presupuestos, control de costos y administración de proveedores.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y contratistas.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, dashboards y análisis de datos).
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y ERP (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo – Ley 29783.
  • Deseable especialización o diplomado en Facilities Management o Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial en Lince – Lima.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a provincia según requerimiento operativo.
