OL Facilities Management, empresa perteneciente al Grupo OL, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Auxiliar Administrativo/Contable para laborar en nuestras oficinas corporativas.

Requisitos

  • Egresada de carrera técnica o universitaria en Contabilidad. (INDISPENSABLE)
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en funciones administrativas y/o contables.
  • Conocimientos básicos en:
    • Emisión de facturas electrónicas.
    • Sistema de recaudación tributaria (SUNAT, PLE, entre otros).
    • Manejo de caja chica y rendiciones de gastos.
    • Apoyo en procesos de cobranza.
    • Dominio de herramientas informáticas: Microsoft Office (Excel y Word).
    • Correo electrónico y sistemas administrativos.
  • Alta capacidad de organización, planificación y atención al detalle.
  • Persona proactiva, responsable, con buena actitud y deseos de aprender.

Funciones Principales

  • Brindar soporte en las tareas administrativas diarias del área.
  • Gestionar compras administrativas y mantener el correcto orden documentario.
  • Emitir facturas y notas de crédito en el sistema Starsoft.
  • Realizar el registro de facturas y notas de crédito, así como el seguimiento de cobranzas.
  • Elaborar y revisar rendiciones de gastos, viáticos y caja chica.
  • Gestionar la recepción y control documentario de Cartas Fianza.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes administrativos.
  • Asistir en trámites ante SUNAT, bancos u otras entidades.
  • Brindar soporte a otras áreas en tareas administrativas afines.
