Team Overview The Partners & Alliances Team, part of Okta’s Revenue Organization, manages relationships with Cloud Marketplaces, Resellers, Distributors, and Systems Integrators. We aim to drive sales and deployments of Okta’s software. We seek an experienced Cloud Alliance Manager to focus on our EMEA relationship with AWS, with a strategic and scalable approach. Role Overview The Cloud Alliances Manager – AWS will lead and develop the strategic partnership between Okta and AWS. Reporting to the EMEA Alliance Director, this individual will manage all AWS-related initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and build expertise in AWS’s partner programs and offerings. The goal is to foster collaboration, align strategic initiatives, and drive joint revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand the Okta/AWS relationship to establish Okta as a Strategic Global Partner, focusing on demand generation and co-selling. Manage daily interactions with AWS partner management teams. Identify and implement AWS Partner Programs aligning with Okta’s objectives. Support certifications, audits, and processes to ensure Okta’s engagement in AWS Partner Programs. Build relationships with AWS sales and marketing teams, developing joint business plans. Collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives leveraging AWS programs and co-selling opportunities. Monitor AWS-related initiatives to ensure they translate into measurable revenue and margins. Educate and enable internal teams on AWS offerings and partner benefits. Establish credibility as the primary contact for all AWS-related matters. Qualifications Experience within the AWS ecosystem and knowledge of AWS sales and partnership organization. Deep understanding of AWS services, the AWS Partner Network (APN), and related programs. Background in an AWS partner organization with proven global traction and relationship development across multiple regions.
