We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to support our Okta platform organisation; we have ambitious growth plans in EMEA and the UKI is one of our most critical markets globally. This role will be hugely important for the UKI business in supporting that growth, but also strengthening relationships within our valued partners and maturing our approach for the future.

As a Channel Account Manager you will…

  • Manage key reseller partnerships: You\’ll be the primary point of contact for our top regional partners, such as Softcat, CDW, Bytes, and Computacenter.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans: Develop tailored strategies and joint value propositions with each partner to create new revenue opportunities and strengthen our market position.
  • Increase brand presence: Run creative campaigns and initiatives to enhance Okta\’s visibility and brand within our partner organisations.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with our go-to-market teams to coordinate activities that generate a strong sales pipeline for each segment.
  • Build strong relationships: Spend time in our London office and your partners\’ offices weekly to build meaningful connections and foster a collaborative environment.

You will have:

  • Experience in SaaS channel sales: You have a proven track record of managing reseller relationships within a SaaS organisation and have exceeded channel sales revenue targets. Ideally working in an environment that has both direct and indirect sales model.
  • A strategic planner: You know how to build strategic business plans that elevate a brand and deliver measurable results.
  • A natural influencer: You have strong influencing skills and the ability to win over both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible and collaborative: You\’re comfortable spending time in partner offices on a weekly basis to build and maintain strong relationships.
