This is a newly created role for an experienced Project Manager (Saas) to join an industry-leading Healthcare Technology company.
Due to extensive demand for the Product and Services, they now want to expand their team with the addition of a highly experienced Project Manager (SaaS).
The person in this role will be asked to:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to handover.
- Create and maintain project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external comms.
- Lead key meetings and track progress, addressing any delays.
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, and scope changes.
- Ensure alignment with project standards and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts on timelines, revenue, and resources.
- Support enterprise delivery alongside Engagement Managers.
- Contribute to delivery improvements and best practices.
- Complete closeout activities, including documentation, feedback, and handover.
And should have:
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
- High customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Accurate forecasting of resources and revenue.
- Strong project governance and reporting.
- Proactive risk and issue management.
- Collaborative across teams and stakeholders.
- 5+ years in software/SaaS project delivery.
- Experienced in managing multiple tech projects.
- Solid grasp of SaaS lifecycles and team coordination.
- Skilled in budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Confident leading without direct authority.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
- Experience with PSA tools (e.g. Jira, Teamwork, Forecast).
- PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification.
