We are looking for an experienced HCM Implementation Project Manager to join a growing specialist HR technology consultancy. This is a newly created role managing multiple enterprise HCM implementations across a varied customer base, taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful go-live.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple concurrent HCM implementation projects
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets and resources
- Coordinating functional, technical and customer teams
- Managing scope, risks, dependencies and change requests
- Leading customer meetings, workshops and project updates
- Managing key milestones, deliverables and customer sign-off
- Supporting customers through testing and UAT
- Ensuring successful transition into ongoing support
- Contributing to PMO and implementation best practice
You'll have:
- Strong experience managing enterprise HCM/HR technology implementations
- Experience delivering projects for external customers
- A good understanding of the end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle
- Excellent project planning, governance and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- The confidence to manage customers around scope, timelines and delivery
- Experience with Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, HiBob or similar enterprise HCM platforms would be highly relevant, although experience with a specific platform isn't essential.
