We’re recruiting an Office Manager to join a fast-growing technology consultancy in Glasgow. This is a broad and varied role with responsibility for keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly across finance administration, software licences, suppliers, employee support and general office management.
The role will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and raising client invoices
- Managing expenses and supporting month-end administration
- Tracking software licences, subscriptions and renewal dates
- Coordinating new starter and leaver administration
- Managing suppliers, contracts and office services
- Maintaining company, employee and compliance records
- Supporting benefits, insurance and pension administration
- Organising meetings, travel and internal events
- Providing general operational support to the leadership team
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in office management, operations, business administration or finance administration. You should be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable taking ownership of processes and deadlines. Experience processing invoices and using accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks would be particularly useful. A background within technology, consultancy or professional services would also be beneficial.
This would suit someone who enjoys variety, likes improving how things are done and wants to play a central role within a growing business.
