We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based HCM consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Dayforce Workforce Management experience who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their operational challenges, and delivering solutions that genuinely improve how they manage time, attendance, scheduling and workforce processes.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support. You’ll work across key WFM areas including:
- Time and Attendance
- Scheduling
- Absence and holiday rules
- Labour rules
- Pay policies
- Workflows and approvals
- Data imports, testing and integrations
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring Dayforce WFM, alongside a strong understanding of UK workforce management processes and how WFM connects with payroll, compliance and wider HCM. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative consultancy environment, working with a variety of clients across different sectors.
