We’re working with a global hospitality brand looking for a Data & Systems Analyst to take ownership of data across inventory, EPOS, and related systems. This is a hands-on role focused on data accuracy, system integrity, and making sure the business can rely on its numbers. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and suppliers to investigate issues, improve processes, and keep everything running as it should.
You’ll be responsible for how data is structured, maintained, and used across the business and will be asked to:
- Maintain data across inventory and EPOS platforms
- Ensure accuracy across ingredients, recipes, costs, sales, and stock movements
- Investigate stock variances and support finance with reconciliations
- Review site performance data and flag anything that doesn’t look right
- Support reporting and dashboards used by finance and operations
- Improve data processes, validation checks, and governance
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers on integrations and system issues
- Build simple, clear process guides for operational teams
And should have experience in:
- A data, systems, or analyst role
- Good understanding of inventory, stock, or finance data
- Experience with EPOS or similar systems (hospitality or retail is useful)
- Confident with Excel and/or BI tools
- Comfortable working across different teams and systems
- Able to investigate issues and get to the root cause
