We’re on the lookout for an experienced Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant to join a fast-growing UK based HCM Consultancy company. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless payroll solutions, ensuring clients get the most out of their Dayforce platform.
You’ll be asked to:
- Work closely with clients to configure and optimise their Dayforce Payroll system, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage system configurations, including pay rules, workflows, and data imports, to meet client needs.
- Engage with HR and payroll teams to gather requirements, provide training, and support successful go-lives.
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring payroll runs accurately and efficiently.
- Offer expert guidance on system enhancements, updates, and compliance requirements.
- Support data imports, mapping, and integrations with third-party systems.
And should have experience of:
- Strong understanding of UK payroll processes, legislation, and best practices.
- Proven track record of implementing and configuring Dayforce Payroll.
- Ability to configure payroll rules, workflows, and integrations within Dayforce.
- SQL or API knowledge is a plus!
