We are looking for an experienced HCM Implementation Project Manager to join a growing specialist HR technology consultancy.
This is a newly created role managing multiple enterprise HCM implementations across a varied customer base, taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful go-live.
You'll be responsible for
- Managing multiple concurrent HCM implementation projects
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets and resources
- Coordinating functional, technical and customer teams
- Managing scope, risks, dependencies and change requests
- Leading customer meetings, workshops and project updates
- Managing key milestones, deliverables and customer sign-off
- Supporting customers through testing and UAT
- Ensuring successful transition into ongoing support
- Contributing to PMO and implementation best practice
You'll have
- Strong experience managing enterprise HCM/HR technology implementations
- Experience delivering projects for external customers
- A good understanding of the end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle
- Excellent project planning, governance and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- The confidence to manage customers around scope, timelines and delivery
Experience with Dayforce, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Hi Bob or similar enterprise HCM platforms would be highly relevant, although experience with a specific platform isn't essential.
